Many small companies do not have the resources to employ a manager / director for every area of their business and often inexperienced people are trying to cope with areas outside their scope. Conversely, many medium and large companies have a manager / director, often both, in each business area, however, their focus is very specialised. Our expertise and experience enables us to view a company laterally across all departments and provide an assessment identifying areas of weakness, strength, effectiveness, potential and profitability.

Our services are often in the form of specific projects, i.e.
Financial Projections. These incorporate a Profit & Loss Account, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow Forecast for the business or the proposed new project.
Management Accounts. We prepare monthly management accounts, including a comparison between the actual results and the budget. We are also able to provide internal analysis of where variances have occurred and assist in guidance to bring the company back in line with the budget.
Systems analysis and installation. This includes both accounting, standard office and specialist software where required.
Staff Training. We specialise in staff training of all sorts. This can be computer based, including working with computers and training on office and accounting software or skills based, working with people to obtain better skills for their position.
